Hello! Welcome to my page!

My name is Amy White. I am a graduate of Stetson University (Go Hatters!), a proud Army wife of twenty-seven years, a mother of three, a grandmother, and breast cancer survivor. I love walking my Sheepadoodle, playing board games, watching game shows, travelling, and spending as much time with family as possible. I am also an avid volunteer in my military and faith communities.

I have always enjoyed writing for fun and have a reputation for being an animated storyteller.

 

After a year of fighting breast cancer, I decided it was the perfect time to try something new, so I poured my time and energy into writing. Taking the leap from having stories in my head to having them on written pages was liberating, therapeutic and invigorating. I realized I was finding emotional healing and joy with each completed page and the hold cancer had on me was being replaced by creativity, fresh ideas, a renewed faith in God, and a new zest for life. Before I knew it, I was well on my way to completing my first novel and was embarking on a new career!
